Mrs. May's Naturals was founded in 2002 by Augustine Kim. He grew up eating his grandmother's irresistible snack, which soon became a neighbourhood favourite. Using his grandmother's recipe, Kim launched the Mrs May's snack line and now it's enjoyed throughout the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Japan, Korea and now Australia.
Mrs May's believes in snack foods that offer both great taste and simple, wholesome ingredients. In this way, Mrs May's snacks reflect the traditional Asian influence of Yin & Yang - a natural balance of flavour and simple, healthy nutrition.

This year, Mrs May's decided it was time to focus on pure fruit snacks, but not as we know them. With school canteens and lunch box items under the microscope recently, they decided to produce a range of freeze dried fruit chips; the very same fruit astronauts take into space! Freeze drying is an amazing process whereby the fruit is placed in a vacuum and water is extracted from the fruit in an extremely efficient process.
